Olaf Will

Olaf is Director of Noble Container Leasing and is based in Hamburg, Germany. 

He is the Chairman of the Solvium group that includes investments in various asset leasing companies for sea freight containers, swap bodies and railcars.

Olaf’s history in shipping reaches back over more than three decades and he has been involved in different activities like the distribution of homogenizer for container vessels or working for the world’s largest container trading company to name just a few. Since 2011, Olaf is majority shareholder of the Solvium group and he became Director when the acquisition of Sea Axis, the marine division of Axis Intermodal Limited in 2013.
